Myokinetic Therapy- focuses on targeting specific issues, such as chronic pain and tension. Our practitioner will restore range of motion by using a variety of fascial release techniques, tools, and movements. In preparation if necessary for receiving our Structural Integration series.


Structural Integration Series

Structural Integration- systematically releases patterns of stress and impaired function throughout the entire body. This process re-educates the body through movement and touch. It creates a greater freedom of movement without pain, by putting the body back into a more neutral balanced position.

Mobility Therapy

All Human Beings should be able to perform basic maintenance on themselves. You will learn Self-Care routines with mobility tools that are designed to focus on soft-tissue work, and pain resolution, to help optimize performance and prevent injury.

The Egoscue Method is a unique and very effective program designed to treat musculoskeletal pain without manipulation. It is a muscle re-education process which involves a series of stretches and gentle exercises designed to restore full natural muscle function. It will strengthens specific muscles and brings the body back to its proper alignment. From children, senior citizens, professional athletes, to those in pain, this is appropriate for all ages and levels of activity.


Injury Massage

This type of massage helps to relieve pain, stimulate circulation, and loosen trigger points caused by a recent injury. This technique focuses on individual muscles rather than muscle groups, allowing your soft tissue to become more mobile/elastic. It can help free the body of spasm and pain, increase its range of motion, and help prevent future injuries.

Clay is an NCBTMB certified massage therapist and graduated with Associates of Applied Science in massage therapy from Broadview University in 2010. Most of his professional career has been doing Swedish, deep tissue and sports therapy work. Clay came to Structura trying to find a way to enhance his current skills. Seth graduated from the Utah College of Massage Therapy in March of 2017, and has been with Structura since November of 2018. Seth’s main focus for his clients is to be able to enjoy the things that they love and not be held back by pain or dysfunction. He believes that the client should have just as much to do with their recovery process as he does, and that clients should get to know their body and be comfortable pushing its limits to new heights. Seth has a special interest in athletic performance, injury rehabilitation, and injury prevention. As a former wrestler that sustained several injuries because of imbalances and dysfunctions, Seth knows first-hand how important self-care and maintenance is to becoming more self-sufficient during the process of recovery and rehab. Seth joined Structura because he believes that overall health and wellness is obtained by creating equal balance in all aspects of human movement and increasing overall function and resilience of the human body. As a self-proclaimed adventure junkie, maintaining her health and constantly seeking out ways to improve her body’s own performance has been vital to feeding her cravings for adventure. Bodywork has been a part of her life and helped her achieve those desires for over fifteen years now. She started her journey as an aid in a Physical Therapy office and from that moment on, was inspired to learn so much more!  She attended UCMT and subsequently graduated from their Master Bodyworker Program. From there, she went on to learn the Ida Rolf method of Structural Integration and then Pete Egoscue Method for postural alignment. She’s volunteered her time working on collegiate athletes, worked in a Chiropractor’s office, had her own practice, and now has found the perfect fit with Structura Body Therapies. Jason Prince is a Board-Certified Advanced Structural Integration Practitioner, licensed massage therapist, and is the current President of the International Association of Structural Integrators®. Jason has been practicing for over 20 years, he has experienced incredible transformation within his own body and seen amazing results in others by integrating the human structure. He has also received his Advanced 5-Series Structural Integration Training from the Guild for Structural Integration. Additionally, Jason is a Postural Alignment Specialist trained in the Egoscue Method® of health through motion, including advanced postural alignment and gait patterns.

This exciting therapy helps people live pain-free and active lifestyles without drugs, surgery, or manipulation. At the beginning of his bodywork journey, Jason graduated from three of the programs offered at The Utah College of Massage Therapy (UCMT), including the Professional Massage Therapy Program and the Accelerated Clinical Career Track Program in 1998, followed by the Structural Integration Career Track Program in 1999. In addition to his extensive Structural Integration and bodywork training, Jason also has over two decades of experience as a Structural Integration and bodywork educator. He served as an instructor at UCMT for ten years and was the National Director of Massage Programs at UCMT/Steiner Education Group for eight years. In this position, he oversaw the quality of education, curricula development and instructor training programs for over 14 schools across the country.In 2000, Jason became a Continuing Education Approved Provider for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) and since then has been teaching continuing education courses in Structural Integration and related bodywork.

Nancy is a Structural Integration Practitioner in functional movement focusing techniques on muscle imbalances, faulty movement patterns and joint fixations which distort the body’s bony framework. She has been helping clients with relief from various conditions; car accidents, chronic pain, scoliosis, rotator-cuff injury, athletic performance, infant therapies, women’s health and overall freedom of movement without pain for over 23 years. Nancy specializes in the advanced therapy of Structural Integration. Erin has been a Licenced Massage therapist since 2015 and is passionate about helping people find balance in their lives through the tissues of the body.
